Mechanics AVOID this Viral Engine Cleaning Hack

How do you fix a small engine that is completely flooded with gas and oil?! 🪚🔧
Unlike a regular car engine, a 2-stroke small engine (found in dirt bikes, chainsaws, and weed trimmers) pulls the air and fuel mixture into the bottom crankcase before pushing it up into the combustion chamber. If the engine floods, the entire bottom of the block fills up with a puddle of raw fuel and oil, making it completely impossible to start!
To fix this, mechanics have to dry out the bottom end. This DIY mechanic uses a brilliant but risky hack: stuffing a paper towel directly into the crankcase and manually rotating the piston! The movement forces the paper down, soaking up all the liquid like a sponge. However, if the sharp metal edges of the piston tear the paper, leaving tiny fibers inside the bearings, it will instantly destroy the engine the second it fires up!
