Through practical insights and real-world examples, the talk introduces the essential elements of an entrepreneurial mindset vision, action, resilience, innovation, discipline, adaptability, and purpose and shows how these principles can be applied not only to business, but also to education, professional careers, and everyday life. Cecilia María Jáuregui Gamarra is a Bolivian industrial engineer, entrepreneur, and environmental leader. She is the founder and General Manager of INNOVAPLAST, an ecological plastics company based in El Alto, La Paz, focused on recycling plastic waste and developing environmentally friendly products.

Cecilia began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 24, entering an industry traditionally dominated by men. Through perseverance, innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability, she built INNOVAPLAST into a company recognized for promoting recycling, circular economy, and environmental responsibility.

Her work goes beyond environmental protection. INNOVAPLAST has developed initiatives that support and empower women recyclers by providing training and promoting fairer recognition of their work within the recycling chain. The company has been described as a triple-impact business, combining economic activity with social and environmental impact.
