이번 영상에서는 금강과 인근 저수지를 찾아 현재 배스들의 상태를 확인해 보았습니다.

금강에서는 새롭게 설치된 수문 주변과 잠긴 수몰나무 구간을 공략했습니다. 처음 방문한 포인트였지만, 수문과 수몰나무 주변에서 건강한 4짜급 배스 두 마리를 만날 수 있었습니다. 산란을 마친 배스들은 대부분 회복된 모습이었으며, 빠르게 움직이는 루어보다는 바닥을 천천히 공략하는 채비에 더 좋은 반응을 보였습니다.

이후 인근 저수지로 이동해 표층 공략, 즉 버징 낚시를 진행했습니다. 어떤 지형과 포인트를 우선적으로 노려야 하는지, 버징 액션은 어떤 방식으로 운용하는 것이 효과적인지 설명하며 낚시를 이어갔습니다. 비록 플라잉 어택이 나올 정도의 높은 활성도는 아니었지만, 저녁 시간이 되면서 점차 반응이 살아났고, 결국 53cm 런커 배스와 튼실한 4짜 중반급 배스를 만날 수 있었습니다.

버징 중에는 주변의 작은 변화들도 놓치지 말고 유심히 살펴보시기 바랍니다. 의외의 힌트가 좋은 포인트를 찾아주는 경우도 많습니다.

In this video, I explored the Geum River and a nearby reservoir to check the current bass fishing conditions.

At the Geum River, I focused on a newly installed floodgate area and submerged timber. Although it was my first time fishing this spot, I was able to catch two healthy 40cm-class bass around the structure. Most of the fish appeared to have fully recovered after the spawning season, and they responded much better to slower bottom presentations than to fast-moving lures.

Afterward, I moved to a nearby reservoir and targeted surface-feeding bass with a buzzing technique. Throughout the session, I explained how to select productive areas, what conditions are suitable for buzzing, and how to work the lure effectively. While the fish were not aggressive enough for explosive surface strikes, the evening bite improved noticeably, resulting in a 53cm lunker and another solid mid-40cm bass.
