Copper wire is wound tightly around an empty mold to create a motor that spins at 12,000 RPM, then coated with varnish and gel and precisely balanced so it runs without the slightest wobble. The finished motor is fitted into angle grinder and drill housings, then completed through gear and bearing assembly and rigorous inspection. Follow along as a single strand of copper wire becomes one fully finished tool.
