Ingredients: 📌1 Cup=200ml
425g/15oz can of white clam sauce
마늘 6-7톨 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
고춧가루 5-6스푼 tablespoons of gochugaru

Preparation:

Slice the garlic and sauté in oil until fragrant.
Add gochugaru-adjust according to desired spiciness.
Add the white clam sauce and bring to a boil, then it's ready.
🍽I personally prefer the Progresso brand, but BumbleBee is also good.
Whether it's cold rice or hot rice, just mix a ladleful of this sauce and you'll find it hard to stop at just one bowl. With the rich garlic flavor, the spiciness of red pepper powder, and the umami of clams, this white clam sauce ensures a delicious meal.
