Arirang TV's youth journalism program, "Mirae On," wrapped up on Friday with a closing ceremony for participating students from Sehwa Middle School in Seoul's Seocho District.
The students shared their completed projects and received awards that recognized their achievements.
Launched in April, the eight-session program offered hands-on experiences in reporting and video production, along with mentoring from production and news center staff.
It aimed to strengthen students' media literacy, promote cultural diversity and help them explore careers in broadcasting.
The initiative is also part of Arirang TV's efforts to fulfill its social responsibility under ESG principles, supporting education and engagement with the local community.
