오늘은 요즘 꽂혀있는 초당 옥수수로 심플하고 간단하게 작은 떡케이크를 만들어 봤어요.
초당 옥수수는 수분이 많고 풋옥수수 가운데 당도가 가장 높은 옥수수에요.
깔끔한 단맛이 디저트용 설기와 잘 어울릴것 같아 만들어 봤는데 역시나 너무너무 맛있어요.
톡톡 터지는 옥수수 알갱이가 청량감도 주고요.

쪄 먹어도, 구워 먹어도, 그냥 먹어도 온통 맛있는 노랑.
